I have to questions

What pier is the ship docked at this year?

What time did they start boarding the ship the booklet say 1 pm but that seems a bit late/

What pier is the ship docked at this year?

The ship is docked at either 88 or 90 depending on which pier is open. NCL also uses this pier, so it can be either. TYPICALLY it is at 88.

The earliest arrivals are at 11:00am check-in time. They will start boarding right after.

We sailed on the Magic on Sept. 28th and it was docked at Pier 88. When we arrived back on Oct. 2, it docked at Pier 90 because a NCL ship was docked at 88.
Boarding started around 11:30-11:45 for Concierge and Platinum, followed by the assigned numbers received by everyone else at check-in.

If you are taking an Uber into port are the 2 piers next to one another? Is there a way to check ahead of time to see which port we need to be dropped off to?

There is only one entrance that leads to both piers (one long road). You would just pull up to the curb in front of the ship that you are sailing on. You will see the ships clearly when you pull up the ramp.
