NYC Carriage Horses - please help

Please take a look at this article from ASPCA, and help these poor horses. I saw first hand how these horses were treated - forced to stand long hours in hot weather, wiped, and have no rest, no water. The condition is inhumane. All you need to do is to raise awareness. While I understand the carriage industry is important to NYC, I'd want to make the condition better for these poor animals.
