. . . buy charcoal and put in grill
. . . lite charcoal
. . . toss on meat and grill to taste
. . . add potatoes au gratin to plate
. . . add meat to plate
. . . pour demi-glacé over meat
. . . serve hot
NOTE: The secret is the demi glacé sauce. If you make it yourself, count on about 20-25 hours of cooking and straining. A simpler way is to buy Demi Glaze Gold. It is a commercial sauce that is used at several WDW eateries. It comes constituted in 16 oz and 1.5 oz sizes.
