Very cool!!! Seriously, without you guys and the enthusiasm of the Chicagoland group, this would never have started and spread to the east coast! Big thumbs up to Jason for his organization!

It was fun to be involved!

I agree with what everyone else said, it's going to be a great time! The meet is high on energy and having fun, and very low on sales-pressure. I went to the meets for two years before being ready to buy-in, and never felt obligated to do so at any time.

If we could make it to NYC that weekend, we'd join you guys for sure! (well, that IS my birthday weekend, and I've never been to Manhattan before... )

Ok, speaking of sauce. I saw a preview for the Real Housewives of NJ this week and they were getting ready to make the sauce, and the dad was asking the ladies if it was their time of the month, because if it was, they weren't allowed to help. Something about it spoils the sauce. I was cracking up!!!

I saw that too....I was cracking up also when I saw that commerical. That is that is exactly what we do when we make the sauce, right down to using the garden hose to clean the tomatoes ( I have never heard of that time of the month thing, ewwww).

It was fun to be involved!

You guys need to go to Manhattan! The D2D store is on Long Island, but in the fall they are going to be opening up a huge Disney Store in Times Square, which is in Manhattan.

I don't think Vinny will ever wear an apron.........although he may look cute in my Christmas Minnie Mouse one I got this year during DAP
The most he will cook is pancakes, which he is doing right now.

As for the lunch, we have discussed this, and decided that we will be going to a nice 24-hour place not too far from the mall called "Casa Marchese".

I don't think Vinny will ever wear an apron.........although he may look cute in my Christmas Minnie Mouse one I got this year during DAP
