Hi all.

I've asked this once before, but figured perhaps there has been a huge migration of GLBTs moving to this frigid part of the country. We're just north of Toledo on the border with Michigan.

Any DISers out there from here?

:rainbow:

Hey Mike. Seems the only NW Ohio GLBT lives in Orlando! ;) or at least the only one to respond!

May's kind of awful for me - out of town on business more than I'm home. BUT - when are you here? Never been to the Point. Can't ride the rides anymore (unhappy injury) but still would be fun. I could hold your purse. :rotfl:

Hold my purse? Sorry, all of my crap fits in my cargo pants! BUT you can fetch me Labatt's Blue on draught and french fries!:thumbsup2

How is the weather up there?

It was supposed to get up to 50ish today, but with the cloud cover here, I doubt it. Probably damp and in the 40's. Still have snow on the ground but very spotty now ... Spring can't be far behind! We just returned from Naples so we're happy to catch a last bit of cold before Spring and Summer come to call.

Surely we can do better than Labatt's??

Not gay, and not even still living in Toledo. But I'm FROM Toledo, and take the kids home to NW OH to visit G'ma and G'pa a couple times a year. (We can make it from SLC to TOL driving in 24 hours, including stops, LOL!)

Does that count?

Honey it's Cedar Point, ya drink what they have! :drinking1

Yee Haa!

Lets just turn this into a Tony Paco's "Toledo" thread! :rotfl:

Where did you grow up? East Side here. (Certifiable white trash!) LOL

I like to visit in the summer, but you can sure keep the winters!

Anyone who DRIVES from SLC to Toledo certainly has more stamina than I!!! And with kids yet! OY! I think you need some Cedar Point. It's not Disney, but we take what we can get. :rotfl: :rotfl:

We are in Michigan, but the southwest corner, in Grand Rapids. Don't get to Cedar Pointe often, but will be in WDW in October, maybe August. We shall see!

Not to worry... I've never been to Cedar Point. I'm not a coaster fan apart from the Diz's and there's not much else to do there. (Apart from drinking Labatts - sippy hats off to OrlandoMike).:hippie:
