Nutritional information

I will be traveling in a few weeks with two people that are on specific diets, I know that Disney will provide meals with advance notice to meet just about any needs, but I was wondering if there is a website or any listing of nutritional information about any of the WDW restaurants.

I haven't seen a website specifically listing nutritional information. Your best bet is to contact the restaurant directly and talk to a chef.
