I was wondering if Disney offers any nutritional information. My doctor is only allowing me 45g of carbs at each meal and seeing nutritional info can help me with what I can have at my meals.

I can't believe no one would want to know this information... :confused3 It has to be somewhere one would think. I'll keep my eye out and let you know if I see anything!

Heck, if McDonald's has to post their nutritional info I would think that Disney should have it available someplace!

I know at the counter service locations you can ask to see the ingredient list. I wonder what other nutritional info they have.:confused3 I would be curious to see calories and fat grams.

Hmmm ... this is interesting. I have never seen anything like nutritional info on any of the restaurant meals. I guess so many people feel that when they are on vacation, they don't want to think about health and WDW doesn't really get much requests for it.

must be one of those "big secrets" disney doesn't like to divulge: nutritional information of their food ;)

My dd has type 1 diabetes and her insulin doses are based on how many grams of carbs she eats at each meal. I asked around before we went in Aug 06 and based on the experience of others with diabetes or children with it, carb amounts are generally NOT available. Like others we guesstimated the best we could based on previous knowledge of foods and the listings in the Calorie King book (if you don't have it, I highly recommend it).

Here is some more information.
