Nutritional Guides for Restaurants

I know that where I can find the menus for the resort, however, I am needing the detailed Nutritional Guides for the Restaurants (ie calories, grams of fat carbs etc.). Does anyone know where I might find this information.

Try calling Disneyland Dining - 714-781-DINE (3463). I know that at Magic Kingdom at WDW they have a notebook (at least at the counter service restaurants) that has a page of information for *everything* they serve giving the nutritional information. I don't know if that's true at Disneyland, though.
