Nutella Waffle

I've never had nutella and was wondering what it tastes like. The fruit and nutella waffle looks amazing and I'm anxious to try it but leery due to the nutella

Nutella tastes very much like chocolate. My 5 year old daughter loves it intensely and requests it for dessert all the time. It is"healthy" because it is made from hazelnut (hope you dont have any nut allergies if you want to indulge) and it is high in fiber. It is very yummy.

Have you ever had one of those Ferrero Rocher chocolates with the gold wrappers? They are chocolate with a hazlenut center. Tastes just like Nutella. It's kind of hard to describe if you've never had it. Like PP said, it is very chocolaty, but it does have a slightly different flavor to it.

Nutella is a nut butter made from hazlenuts and cocoa. I have to have DH hide it from me because I can literally eat it by the spoonful from the container.

Agree with above posters. If you like the taste of hazelnut and of chocolate, you'll love Nutella.

I particularly like the texture... not sure how to describe it. Anyway, it's good, you'll like it.

OMG, nutella is absolutely amazing! The kids and I both love it on everything from fresh fruit to waffles to pretzels and even by itself. I even found individual serving packets on amazon for travel and lunch boxes. Took some on my two recent cruises and enjoyed on strawberries and Mickey waffles at breakfast . I plan to take a few on our trip to WDW later this month too!

Did someone say Nutella??? Just had some with sliced apple for dessert. You don't know what you're missing!! Go crazy & add whip cream on top too. Heaven!!

Yep, hazelnut/chocolate blend. Nutella is available in most grocery stores, if you want to do a test run. I can't wait to try the fruit & nutella waffle. Yum!

We always keep nutella stocked in our pantry. My favorite thing is to spread it on waffles with fruit on top! Where do they have this in Disney? I've never met anyone who doesn't love nutella.

You can get nutella pretty much in every grocery store. The swear by it in Europe, especially in Italy! Usually served at breakfast. All it is is chocolate with Hazelnut. While I love chocolate,, I cannot stand the taste of hazelnut. Therefor, I hate nutella. Yes, I know, one of the very few who can't stand it. But DH loves it! Are they selling a nutella waffle at Disney now? I know DH would want to eat it asap! As a previous poster mentioned, the Ferrero chocolates taste like nutella because they are distributed by the same company and are nutella based. Check your local supermarket, you might be able to find some there!

I bet it's going our Nutella is going to taste different from what you can get in Germany, even though it's the "same". American food companies seem to ruin everything they get their hands on. If I lived in Germany I'd put a jar in my checked luggage before going to America.

Google tells me that Kinder Überraschung would mean something like Kinder Surprise...those are the eggs, right? Don't bring any. They are totally outlawed here. "We" are too afraid that small children will inhale the toys. Even though the toys are big (and often paper) and are in relatively huge plastic eggs that are just under the layer of chocolate and crispy whatever-that-is. And I, an adult, often have problems getting those large plastic eggs open to get to the toy inside. Not sure if the people that banned them actually saw them while making the law.

So if you were thinking of bringing some of those with you, don't! They aren't allowed.

Children here love them. There are even small conventions for trading rare surprises that are inside that plastic egg. Some adults buy whole boxes of Kinder Überraschung for getting the special items.


The chocolate is the same like "Kinder Riegel", so if anyone is at Disney World in September, I can bring you Nutella and Kinder Riegel

I cannot buy Nutella anymore.

My husband eats it all before I can even get to it.

This is why I can't have nice things.
