Nut and Seafood allergy and eating at CS

Does anyone know how to find out ahead of time what CS are safe for nut and seafood allergies? We are taking my sister who has severe nut and seafood allergies for her birthday but we want it to be safe for her. It seems that there are nuts in many things these days and she is very allergic. TIA. Also, if anyone can help with the snacks.
