I can say with complete certainty that you can nurse your baby in WDW restaurants (and anywhere else you want for that matter). I have two kids, and both have nursed all over WDW (dd at 4 months and 19 months/ds at 6 weeks and 20 months). No one has ever said anything or given me any indication that they were uncomfortable. I am a very discreet nurser, so most people probably never knew what the baby was doing
My tip would be to try and dress appropriately for nursing in public. I found that my babies would throw a towel or blanket off of their heads, which could expose more that I was willing to share with strangers. Plus, the towel/blanket adverstises what you are doing (if that makes you uncomfortable). Either wear nursing tops or simply and tank top with a button down shirt over it. The baby's body covers your stomach when you lift the tank top, the tank top covers the top of your breast, and the other shirt covers your side from anyone's view.
Good luck and have a great trip!
