Number of riders?

We are heading to WDW in May. It will be me and my husband with our three children ages 5, 3, and 2. The two year old is a wild one so if there is any ride he is tall enough to ride, I think he will want to go on it with his older siblings. I read that Barnstormer requires one adult per child on the ride. This will be a bit tricky for us, but we'll figure it out. Anyway, what about the other rides at WDW? Does anyone have a list of other rides that require one adult per child or rides that only fit 2 riders? Obviously my kids will not be riding any rides without a parent, but I'm hoping that a lot of the rides will allow one adult with two children. It would be really nice if DH and I can split up the kids and all ride at the same time.

I don't have an exact scientific list for you, but I can ease your fear a little by saying that, first of all, there will be very little that your 2yo cannot ride. I have been allowed to put the "baby" on my lap with an older child next to me. Disney is very flexible when it comes to little ones on rides, as long as you're not talking about the rides with a minimum height (which there are very few). For those, you can use the baby swap.

Most rides in the magic kingdom accommodate 3 people (1 adult and 2 kids) without any trouble.

You can also utilize ride swap as long as you or DH is willing to ride more then once. Just ask for one at the FP line entrance before riding.

A child must be 7 years old (or maybe it's over 7, I can't remember) to sit in a ride vehicle, unless accompanied by someone 14 or older (so, a 6 year old cannot sit in a ride vehicle alone or with, say, a 4 year old sibling). I was there just last week and heard a couple of CMs ask kids how old they are because they were attempting to get into ride vehicles without someone age 14 or over accompanying them.

However, as PP's have said almost all of the MK rides will handle an average sized adult and 2 small kids just fine.
