Number of posts not showing up correctly

Hello everyone, I was told to come to this board for some help. Sometimes when I post something, the post actually posts, but the indicator of how many posts I have does not change. For example, if I start the day off with 650 posts and post five things, it still says I have 650. Including this post, I have 685, but on the indicator on my posts, it is going to say 668. I only know I have 685 posts because I have checked the search feature and saw all of my posts, which states I have a total of 685. I have spoke to WebmasterAlex and WebmasterCathyCanada(she told me to come here). I understand Alex is busy with more important things, so I was wondering if anyone here could fix the problem. I appreciate all of your help.

Many posters are having the same problem as you including us. It gets that way when the boards are busy. Sometimes it gets caught up by itself and other times it doesn't.

Thanks for your help. Is there anything anyone can do to fix it so that the true amount of posts show up when I post something new?

If we did so for 1 person we would have to do so for 36 thousand +. That would be impossible.
