we will be going to the world 11/12 thru 11/18 as DVC members on points
but my ? is I would only like to purchase the DDP for Mon thru Fri can this
be done?

Not unless you have split ressies. You won't have to purchase tickets, but you will have to purchase the DDP for all members of your party for each night of your stay.
