Number of credits per day

My question is in regards to the number of credits that you have for the length of your stay. We have been before for a week (7 nights ) and our credits have been 7 table, 7 counter, 7 snack per person. Well my sister and cousin are leaving next week for 14 nights and she was taking to a cm who was helping her with her dining and when she was finished she was counting up the number of table credits she had per person and it was 15. She said to the cm that she would have to cancel one. The cm said no, that the credits were good for her length of stay and that she gets credits for the day that they leave, meaning, 15 credits per person. She said because some people don't fly out until late, so they get credits for that day too. She does not think this is right and neither do I, we have used the dining plan before and don't recall ever having credits (not left over ones) for the last day.
Has anyone heard of this?

She won't get extra credits for that day, but can use them though midnight of the day they check out. So if she is there for 14 nights she gets 14 credits and can use them though the day of check out. CM are often wrong I'm afraid.

Thats exactly what I told her. I told her that the cm was wrong and to check everything out when she gets to Pop Century to be sure and then cancel the one table service she wants the least.

It's per night, not per day. If she stays 14 nights she will get credits for 14 nights regardless of what the CM told her.

Nala is correct. Credits are based on the # of nights you are booked, not days.

When she checks out any credits she has left are good until midnight of that night.
