i need to contact Universals RPR direct to book

never diy'ed before but hoping for a decent price!! i have been told i need to ring as its for next year - anyone know the number & what to say etc...

You won't get a "good" price - you'll be charged full rack rates until 2010 rates are released in August.

You can call 001-888-273-1311 to make your reservation. When/if a lower rate comes out, you can cancel and re-book. Personally, unless you are travelling during a mega-busy time, I'd just wait until August and then see what discounts come up (AAA/APH/SuperSaver etc).

i priced it up room only with VH & it comes out about £800 for 5 nts with 15% FF discount.
Do you think i'll get a better deal when/if discounts become available, wondering with HP opening the VH may be a better deal????

What are your dates? There have been some pretty good deals this year, so I think they'll probably be repeated. £160/night isn't bad, but Universal direct do some excellent discounts for stays as long as five nights; depending on when you are travelling you could potentially get it down to $160/night instead....note that booking a long time in advance doesn't always get the best deals. I'd wait until the 2010 rates are released in August unless you're travelling during a mega busy time.

Need to factor in the exchange rate too....if the £:$ gets stronger, then that VH deal will look much less appealing. But who knows what will happen!

we are going Aug 2010 have booked everything else VH from preview brochure but RPR wasnt available then so have 5 nts independent stay.
so i need specific dates, no flexability so worried if i wait i wont get dates/hotel i need especially if HP opens around then (rumoured to be that time)
whada ya think???
do i wait or book direct or book VH??????

You need to call reservations , as RPR are unable to take reservations you need to go through Loews reservations 1-866-563-9792.
rates are not available yet for next year, i have been stayin at RPR for the last number of years , and in my experience, rooms and rates will not be out till around the end of August, seen it as late as start of October.
Once they are out book the room, as they will have no discounts available, but as discounts and offers come out, like TripleA and APH and the one they have done this year stay 5 pay for 3 , just call and change your rate.
