number for internet issues with MDE

Every time I call , no matter when it's 30 min wait or 45 min wait. Never anything else. What's with that.

I’ve had times when I’ve called and gotten through within 10 minutes.

We just called MS a couple of days ago and got in within 5 minutes. I often wonder if DVC has less CMs working during the lunch or dinner periods?

Ugh, that's so annoying. I had to call on Wednesday morning because I could not get my AP renewal certificate to link no matter what I did, I assumed the wait would be quite a while due to all of the MDE issues recently but I was connected in less than 5 min and everything was taken care of in less than 10. Good luck!!!
