Well, the number worked.

Called at a few seconds past 7 am EST (12 noon here) got put on endless 'hold' music. My transatlantic telephone call, now on speakerphone is playing 'Gadgets and Gizmos'. Very expnsive radio!!!

Booked everything I wanted - Cook Book & Bottle + Cheese & Wine Pairing + Sweet Sundays + Food & Wine Pairing (x4) + Cooking School.

Now all I need do is pay for my credit card and phone bill.
