WHY! The only problem I had toady during my run was numb feet... really numb feet.

Any suggestions?

The entire foot or just part of it? It may be due to your shoes and the way your feet interact with them. For example, I have really flat feet and tend to roll them as I run, if I don't have shoes with the appropriate support, the balls of my feet to my toes tend to go numb.

Also, do you run on hard surfaces, on a treadmill, on gravel...etc? The way your foot impacts can also have an effect.

New shoes chosen for me at a running store.
Running on a treadmill.

Hope it's not the shoes, I just recently replaced my old ones cause they were giving me blisters. Hope it doesn't happen on my next run, but if it does I'll go back to the store I bought them at.

If it happens again, it just might be the shoes, definitely take them back! You said they were chosen for you; did they have you run on a treadmill or look at your shoes before they gave you a pair?

Hopefully you won't have any more issues!
