AKV stayed "null" for about four months after the resort opened.
My take on this is that they have some sort of "cloning" process to create the database support for a new resort. Someone then needs to fill in the name of the resort into the appropriate field in the database and for some reason, that step gets overlooked. If there is no data in the field, the queries will return a "null" value for that field and that's what we see on the member's website.
