NQQ3 rooms at the HoJo question

I've booked NQQ3 rooms for our upcoming trip. I read today on their website that the Disney facing rooms in BLDG 1 on floors 1 - 3 are considered NQQ3. I would like to request these rooms to avoid the freeway traffic on the other side of the building.

Is anyone familiar with these rooms, and if so, which floor/room would you recommend? I will be with DH, and my 3 children ages 4, 4 & 10. I was thinking to avoid the 1st floor due to pedestrian noise on the walkways outside the building? And also to request to be furthest away from the store/arcade area, like at the end of the hall?

Our NQQ3 rooms actually face towards the highway in Building 1, and our NQQ1 rooms face towards the Parks in Building 1. Here is a link to the description of the Standard Room and the Premium Room.

I am also curious, the links do state that NQQ1 are located in 3rd-7th floors, so like OP I am also curious about the lower floors.

BTW, just came back from the Hojo and really enjoyed my stay there. My son is still asking to go back to the pool.

On the first floor, the Gift Shop, the bathrooms and the Game Room eat up most of that 'front of the building' space. There are a few NQQ3 rooms facing towards the Lobby on the 2nd floor, but not many. You can definitely request a room on the second floor facing the Lobby, and our Front Desk will do their best to try to accommodate this- but we cannot guarantee it.
