NPD Online Research Group - reputable?

I just got an email from this group asking me to become a consumer panelist by completing surverys. I got this email because I'm signed up to receive emails from disney.com. I'm game, but before I sign up, I'm curious as to whether or not this is a scam or if this is a reputable company?

Anyone with experience, positive or negative?
