We came back in august 06 after our first time at wdw and it was amazing so weve just booked to go back next august,cant wait,we stopped on int drive but this time we are going to disneys pop century has anyone been to this resort?we are hooked on florida,the place is amazing we are doing discovery cove next year has anyone got any views on this and busch gardens? I think once you have been to disney and the whole florida experiance it is so magical its all you ever think about(and this is from a 40year old truck driver!!)we have also got the free disney dining plan for next year(is it any good?)and we are flying from manchester with travel city direct,has anyone flown with this company before and are they any good?

You will hjave a blast next year. POP is good and the food court is also great, the dinning plan will also make the trip a lot essier, no looking at prices on menus.

A good tip is to book the restruants you want to eat at as they can get very busy, esp at time when the free dinning is on. menus are at www.allearsnet.com under dinning. You can book them 180 days before the holiday.

With regards to DC have a read of my 2004 trip report and that should give you a good idea of what it is all about

Busch Gardens is alot of fun some great coasters and the animals there make for a more relaxing break every now and then.

Pop Century should be a great base for exploring WDW

So true! I swear, since we got back from our 1st trip in June/July 05 we rarely think of anything else! In a way it's kinda sad, cause up to then we were so excited to go on our camping trips to Italy and our weekends abroad. Now, it's all about Florida! Nothing else will do. So we'll be back there two weeks from today.

It is most definitely an addiction!!! One I need to overcome cause there's no way we can go back again for at least another 3 years after this trip!

Hi David! We're the same - just love Florida and if we haven't got a trip in the offing, life feels kind of weird! Discovery Cove is fab - definitely another magical experience! We went in August 2004 and hope to go again in 2008. And you will love staying at a WDW resort - the fun just doesn't stop! Happy planning...
