Disney just announced a new addition to their electronic line..

A new PC w/ both CD & DVDs ..has games, and a digital pen....and comes w/ a mouse!!!!

No not that mouse....the monitor has mouse ears...that house the speakers..much like the Mickey TV...very hot looking in a lovely blue...

Cost??? PC $599 w/ monitor sold separately for only $299

it is called The Disney Dream Desk PC w/ all kinds of Disney enhancements...

OK who is going to be first??? Next on their list will be a digital camera, followed by a camcorder later this year....I'll bet it will just in time for Christmas...

An email from the disney store telling me if I buy the PC for $950 they will give me a FREE $200 online gift card....Woo Hoo....except that would be more then they are advertising it for in our paper today....Hmmmm?

Now my next want is at the Art Of Disney....a new huge Cindy castle w/ base that lights up...it is an LE and ONLY $125. but to see it is to love it.....got my first look last night...and it was love at first sight...

My next goal, is to talk Mr Raulandpinboy into wanting it too....

Disney knows kids, and the company is hoping it knows what kids (and parents) want in a home PC. The bright blue Disney Dream Desk PC ($599 direct)—designed by Disney and frog design and built by German electronics giant Medion AG—will include a 2.6-GHz Celeron processor, a CD-RW/DVD combo optical drive, a kid-sized mouse, and a multimedia keyboard and digital pen. The matching 14.1-inch LCD monitor ($299) sports signature Mickey Mouse ears.

The family theme goes more than skin deep, though, as Disney will preload each system with a range of the company's games and learning tools. The Dream Desk will also come with ContentWatch's ContentProtect Home Suite, which contains three Internet protection tools: ContentProtect (for Internet filtering), EmailProtect (for e-mail filtering and spam blocking), and PopupProtect (for blocking pop-up ads).

The Dream Desk will be available for purchase through Disney's catalog and Web site beginning August 12, and exclusively at CompUSA Superstores beginning September 12.

Just a beautiful porcelain castle....I will try to take a pic this weekend when I am down there... It is awesome!!!
