I believe this video was taken some place in South America. While the audio is Spanish (I think) this is mainly a visual event. Interesting and bizarre but it sort of takes the challenge out of fishing. The "Action" doesn't really start until you're about a minute and a half into the video.

BTW if anyone fluent in Spanish watches this, could you give us an over view of what that guy is saying?

And BTW, they aren't speaking Spanish, it's Portugese. That's the official language of Brazil.
