we're arriving at MCO at 2:50 & MEing to WL. We have ADR's for 6PM at the Contemporary. Is this enough time?

I think if you get your luggage in an hour, allow for the ME to be an hour, and then get to Contemporary, you should be ok.

Also, OT, but I see you're also from CT. May I ask what airline you're flying on? I'm still waiting for a better deal for late August on either Delta (now that things are looking up) or Southwest (if they ever release times). Thanks!

Oops - I meant to also reply to the OP! I read somewhere that it is an average of 70 minutes from the time your plane lands till you arrive at your resort. If everything is on time you should be fine. There is a boat at WL that goes to the CR but I would double check that when you check in. Last time we were there the boat to CR was a little more scarce.

I think that you should have enough time. Like another poster said, if you factor in two hours or so from the time you land and travel time, you should have enough time to freshen up and make your ADR on time. Good luck!

was dying waiting for flight. We're on Southwest from BDL. $1132 for 4 RT, not great but the times were good. Delta is still much higher and the flight times for us were awful!!! Where are you?

I hear ya on the flight thing-I was going crazy!!! After all that waiting for SW, Jet blue still ended up being cheaper and their times were much better-forget about delta-they were way more.

I am in Meriden, and I want to fly out of BDL for sure. I don't want to drive to Providence or NYC. I just checked Southwest's schedule, and I'm very tempted. Their times are better than Delta's. 7:30AM would be the only one I would consider - it's SO EARLY, but last year we flew out at 7:00AM The good part is, you have half a day at a park if you go early. Anyway, I'd prefer a late morning or noon flight, which Southwest offers. I'm not sure if I should wait to see if Delta's price goes down. I don't think I'll be able to wait long, as I'm already getting neurotic about getting a flight. Have you ever flown Southwest before? What's the difference between a fun fare, promotional fare, and internet one-way? Thanks!!

I think all the titles are just that, something to call each price level! I'm glad we got a noon flight. They will sleep and I can obssess in PEACE!!! BTW with gas prices, I don't think any airline's prices are coming down soon. $1100 was what I had budgeted for, was hoping for less but I'm glad we're all set to go. Besides, we saved $1300 on DDP!! Can't have everything (well, you could try!!)

I'll probably be going with Southwest, too. I'm not crazy about their seating policy, but I'll survive. I can't decide between the 10:00 or noon flight. I'm going 8/20-8/25 at POP, so I'll be leaving when you're coming.
