After DH caused so much trouble with his DDP post, I just wanted to know what is your favorite WDW resort.

I am not sure I have read the other post, but I can tell you that our favorite is Le Cellier.

My next favorite is Kona Cafe but we tried Tusker House this year and all of liked it.

But, going to Le Cellier is the one restaurant that we sit down to every trip.

ETA: Okay, I guess I can not read today!!!! You said resort not restaurant!!!!! Let's try this again--our favorite resort is BLT!!!

Have stayed at all and have favorites for different reason:
BLT for location and transporttion
BWV for location and laid back atmosphere
OKW for very laid back atmosphere
BC great pool and location to parks and boardwalk
Least Fav is AK

We'v only been members for a little over a year, but have already had the good fortune to stay at 4 resorts: BLT, BCV, BWV & AKV Jambo. I liked them all for different reasons. That being said, the resort I own the most points at is BLT and when we checked in a few weeks ago, I really felt like I was home. I think I love it for the same reasons so many hate it. I love the sleek lines and modern feel, the floor to ceiling windows and expansive views. I know so many others like the laid back, more "homey" feels of other resorts, but BLT is just my style. The great location is just icing on the cake.

AK (far flung, but just can't beat waking up to a giraffe)

BC (SAB)

Non-DVC
CR MK view (which i hope upcoming BLT is same vibe)
PORFQ (surprised how much i enjoyed it)
Values (they are what they are, basic value onsite room...a good tipping point to convince reluctant spouse to buy into DVC)

Interesting, as they are sister resorts and share SAB and location...YC for non DVC is one of your favorites, but BCV did not make your favorite DVC resort list.

So for our favorite I will say that I really feel at "home" at SSR. We haven't necessarily stayed there more then the others, I think the layout and atmosphere are quite fitting for us (and we love being close to DTD). We were also very impressed with BWV (having the BW just outside was similar to being near DTD).
