There is a place in Georgetown Ontario called Whimsy Street Streets that serves them as well
I have not been but my cousin, who is a Disney regular and Dole Whip fan, says it is very close

There is place in Bowmanville Ontario that has their version of the Dole Whip occasionally… personally never tried it but hear it’s pretty close flavour wise but a different consistency

If you know Aurora,,,off Mcleod street at Aurora Heights. Little convenience store but also has lots of other unique items,,not really a convenience store. Also has one of the best, scariest parks right there that people come to from far away.
