VMK launched as a part of the Disneyland 50th Celebration and is now closed. Disney.com continues to create experiences to amaze our guests and we hope that all of our VMK friends will continue to join us.

What do u think the last sentence means?? "Wait until you see what we're imagining nest..." thats so obvious that there making something new,
I saw that too...I am getting the feeling they are up to something as well. I think because of the agreement they have/had with Sulake they were required to make a clean break (read: entirely new, even new sign-ups...). That might explain why they cut off new registrations right after the announcement.
We shall see...I will try to keep an open mind about it. Although, they have some mending to do on the trust front for many...
