DH and I went down about 10 days ago. This was the first time using our AP's since we renewed. We had no problem with getting through the gate. I did not know, however if there was something we would have to do in person before using the AP's. For that reason, I brought DS's AP with us--even though DS was 1000 miles away ; . After I realized that no trip to Guest Services would be necessary, I tucked DS's AP into the safe in our hotel room. I think it was in an envelope with the folders for DH's and my AP's. There were a few other cards in there as well. Anyway, I know I unloaded the safe, but I have not seen the envelope since! Could I have thrown it away :confused3 .

Assuming that it is...gone...how do I go about getting a replacement? DS will not be visiting the parks until August.

Thanks

go to the guest service window outside the park. They will look up his AP and issue him a ticket to enter the park. Then he will need to go get a new one issued. How do I know this.... well DH forgot to remove his PAP and room-key from his pocket before riding ROMT. They issued him a temporary FOTL card to use the rest of the day. We checked lost and found that night and neither had been found. Were told to get the 1day ticket the next AM and check L&F again. The room key turned up but the PAP didn't.

There is no charge for replacing the AP either, so don't worry.

Thank you for your replies. I feel so :clown: . Do I have to try to remeber what credit card I used for the purchase?

No, all you need is to give them his name. He will need photo ID but that is all.

What do you suggest for photo ID for a 13 year old? We have a card given to us by his school which is called "smile safe kids". The card is printed by the company that does the school photos and is meant to be used if he is ever missing/kidnapped. We have handwritten other identifying information on the back, but his name and photo are printed on the front. Will this work?

Sorry, I didn't notice it was for your son. He won't need ID but you might be asked for yours.

Thank you for the quick reply. Now, if only you could make the next 8 and a half months go as quickly we'd be down there in no time. :thumbsup2
