Remember, it's statistically safer than driving (plus I have to say that because I'm an aerospace engineer

)
True, except that my DH is in aero, too, & comes home & tells of all the big goof ups in design & construction of those large pringle cans.....That, and the memory of a lovely, stormy, bouncy flight from St. L to Dallas alone, red eye, just after we were married when the flight was me & a group of morticians going to a convention who, as the overhead bins were popping open, were loudly discussing plane crash victims bodies & parts....for 2 HOURS!!! what a memorable flight.
But, alas, it is very worth flying to get to go to FL, tho not as relaxing as the train.....(and the train is probably statistically more dangerous!)
Made it through Jillian Level 3 again today, but am definitely taking tomorrow off. I can barely hold my cell phone to my ear my arms are so like jelly!
Walked up(under 2 mi) & got the blood drawn...had to wait over an hour, & I likely drove everyone there NUTS, but why waste the time sitting. I walked laps & up & down the stairs....
Today is 2 months with the Bugg. And, measurement day. Sto far I have lost 2" off my abs(ie. mommy tummy), 1.25" off upper rt arm, 2" off waist, 2" off hips, .5 off rt thigh, and 2" off bust. I really don't need to lose off my hips, but I'd like to see the waist & bust go...oh well, I guess I can't choose, & I'm really pleased overall. I also had to get rid of a couple more pairs of shorts today & sadly, a new Adidas tank top that still has the tags on it. Just too loose in the bust....but not a bad problem. I need to find a good consignment shop here.....
Tomorrow is WI & I hope I can go. It should be an OK week unless something weird happens.....which it does. As of today it was looking like I was down about 2 lbs which means I am getting close to the 150's.
Off to take care of some more groceries. More later....
