i've read all the comments on the board about the Palo brunch. We visited Palo for dinner on an earlier cruise and liked it but never felt we needed to go back. It was good but we enjoy getting to know our servers in the MDR and enjoy the food enough that spending the extra money for Palo wasn't something we had to do. We just got off the Wonder on a cruise with my in laws. They've never cruised before and we thought we would treat them to something special based on all the comments on the board about the brunch

All I can say is- Wow- we were very impressed. From the service to the food selection it was just outstanding- Even the "simpler food" was wonderful. The Stromboli bread and the chocolate covered strawberries were just great. My mother in law absolutely loved the strawberries. All in all a great experience and one we'll do again. And, if you've read the boards comments and wondered if it is really that good- yes it is

Glad you enjoyed it.
It's always a must do for us.
We have been on 2 cruises where there were no sea days and no sea days means no Palo. We missed it so much on those cruises.

I'm glad you enjoyed it...and I agree! While Palo dinner is very nice, I find brunch amazing! Definitely our must do.:thumbsup2

We want to book a second Palo brunch on our cruise because we love it so much - does anyone know where we can reserve a second Palo brunch on the first day on the ship? Should we go right to Palo's to reserve? TIA

Get the Navigator when you get to the port they usually are handing them out as soon as you get up the escalator after security, it will be listed in there where to go for Palo reservations.

Agree. I always like the brunch better. Additionally, Remy dinner was good but I enjoyed the champagne brunch a whole lot more. ;)

Oh my god I LOVE Palo brunch! Was going to try dinner as well as brunch on our next cruise....maybe we'll just stick to brunch :thumbsup2

a range of dishes. We had chicken Parmesan, oysters Rockefeller and a pizza. There were fish and pasta dishes as well. Nice small desserts as well as a variety of pastries

Lots to choose from
Thank uuuuuuuu will make sure not to missed it

So good to know.....we did Palo for dinner on an earlier cruise and just scheduled brunch for our next cruise in July. Can't wait!
