Now I REALLY miss the Pod Squad

Wow. I just went to an online virtual travel show sponsored by a national travel provider. I wasn't really expecting to learn anything new, I really just "went" to enter the prize drawings. I am shocked at how little the Disney "specialists" know. There was even a guy there from Disney talking about how you dont need dining reservations, but you can call for Priority Seating. Huh? How long have they been called ADRs? I thought Priority Seating was old school. (I asked about the stroller rental increase, but I doubt they will answer my question!)

Listening to these "professionals" was a real eye opener for me. I really miss our group of know it alls.

I was just on the horn w/ a nice CM who could not answer my query about how much Searacers cost, though she tried for several minutes to search for the answer---while onhold, I pulled up an answer here on the boards and told her never mind, that the disboards had the answer----she said that is not an official site---then we both giggled and she said, "Yes, but you found your answer, so good!"

It really bugs me too when I ask a question to a CM and the answer should be second nature.
