I just started measuring after the first week and this morning I measured and I lost 6 inches on my waist and 5 on my hips!! I lost 2 1/2 pounds this week but the measuring tape told the real deal!
Trust me, the measuring tape will become your best friend on low-carb! When the scale isn't moving, that measuring tape will usually show lost inches and when the measuring tape stays the same, the scale will go down. It's weird but it seems to work that way for low-carbers.
