Now I know why they call it Puppy Love!

Hey, guys. Long time no see. Hope all is well in DIS Land.

When I last posted here, I wrote about the new puppy we had just adopted. He's been with us since 12/28, and I am happy to report now that he's worked out very, very well. What a great dog he is! Very smart. We got him housebroken in a week and a day.

He and I are bonding well since I am home with him most days. He loves me! I mean, he's head-over-heels attached to me. He follows me everywhere in the house and watches me with a face full of adoration. Now I understand where the phrase "puppy love" comes from.

On another note, I love being home. My days fly by; I have no idea how I had the time to work.

I'd love to hang, but I've got to get to the supermarket now. Take care, everyone.

Care to share how you got him trained so quickly? We adopted a 5 1/2 month old beagle puppy last weekend and I am starting to think I will never get him trained-lol! He is crate training and he doesn't care if he goes in his crate and sits in it-gross!

I knew that the newest member of your family would work out perfectly!

Shiloh is very much like your new puppy, and I think it has something to do with the fact that I was home mostly all day with him as well when he was a puppy....we bonded immediately, what can I say! He is my shadow!
