Now I have a rental question. Pls help

Hi everyone. Looking for info again. I was just on the points rental board and I have a question that I hope someone can answer for me. For example: if someone posts that they want to rent X amount of points from Boardwalk, does that mean I would only be able to use those rented points at Boardwalk? Or could I use them at any other DVC resort just like I could with my own points?

If the date you want to reserve is within the 7 month window, then you can use the points anywhere. BWV points are pretty valuable at the 11 month mark for those who rent them.
