i have been on the game today since opening ,it is nearly midnight here in the uk,i have joint four friendly teams today for pirates ,been the sitting duck and have been let down each time,so i wont be able to finish this quest ,let alone do it for grandson,ppl play fair it is not nice to win and run,i stink at the game at the best of times ,but i feel so let down now,ty

I stayed up yesterday to help a group and then they did not really give back the help (except one person who I met from this group who was willing to help me (thanks for that even if it failed)), they can be sure I will never again help them.

Try telling that to a child. Yes it is very challenging and dissapointing to kids. Hopefully adults will think of the kids who are getting upset about not winning.

This is exactly why I am so very choosy as to who I put on my team. I will not allow kids. No exceptions... I'm sure there are some great ones out there... but it's too much risk. I will only take adults that are on my friends' list that I have known for some time. I won't just take "random" people even if you are "DIS".

People can call me cliquish if you want...but I am playing it smart right now. I am here for my friends FIRST, and I will put the countless hours required to get my trustworthy friends through this insane quest...

I have a major headache right now, and I'm starving! It's 7:30 pm EST... No way am I leaving until all 6 original players are through. And then I'll be back after a quick break to get my other friends through that are patiently waiting.

I feel for you lisuhut. I am around tomorrow if you need help. I know some of my other friends will be around too for the sole purpose of getting people through this quest.

You don't allow kids to play and complete a hard quest just because they
are growing and need food, need exercise, and have friends, places to go,
things to do, etc?

Sorry if I seemed to let you down lisuhut, I really had to go and I swear it's
not because my turn was over or anything. All of us would have gotten through
if we hadn't been booted from lobbies or waiting in line so much. I myself feel
let down by VMK themselves..

I read about what happened to you in Friend's room. I was going to say something until I noticed the rest jumped out into the pirates queue.

Something similar to that happened to me last night. Thanks to the people you saw with me today, it took us 6 HOURS to only get one person through. (Well, if Mickeysfriend learned how to Kraken herself without booting to the lobby, it would have been two of us done.) The rest of the time were waiting for lobbies to empty and to restart from crashing.

I'm sorry you had to share in the same paid I had last night.

If mom says you have to eat dinner, you got to go. If dad tells you that your computer time is up, off you go. Even the most trustworthy of kids can't be relied upon to put in the countless hours this may take.

Yeah you're pretty much right. Not fair but it's the way things are.
I'm still attempting but meh. I wouldn't be surprised to see these things
go on sale in a week or so.

If you've only been ditched by four gorups you're actually doing well - over the past two days I've been used by more than a dozen.

The best people I played with was a bunch of kids who really tried to help everyone, but had to go because it got late.

Hi.
I helped people all day Saturday and all day Sunday until closing setting up teams and letting other people win. In the last few hours I tried to win it but there was only me and one other player who never got through. All our other "friends" went their merry way to finish the quest so there is no one else to help us. We dont have any friends willing to help us now. I certainly found out what it is like to feel used. At this point since I don't see how we are going to get past the pirate part of the quest.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it. You would recognize my avatar on VMK. I am Powerex. Oh yeah, I am also hurt.
