Just did online check-in which means 10 days till Disney!!! My question is, can I call Conceirge now to make my specific "Requests" or do you do that at 9 days till Disney??

Your trip is so close! Lucky you! You mentioned Concierge so I assume you mean you are staying CL. You can call IPO anytime to make requests. Non-CL guests can call WDW CRO anytime to add requests to reservation.

If you are staying on the "club level" formerly known as "concierge" you can call the IPO (itinerary planning office) any time you'd like to make requests... even months or a year in advance.

If you are talking about "lobby concierge" inside the resorts, they are just there to help guests with things like buying park tickets, making dining reservations, etc, and wouldn't have anything to do with room requests. You would need to call CRO (central reservations: 1-407-W-DISNEY) and give them any requests you have. That can be done any time, you don't have to wait until a certain number of days before you arrive.
