Novice review of Potter land, just back.

Just got back today so here it is sweet and simple.

If you are not staying on site wait for a few weeks.
If you are on site you need to line up at the gate at 7:30 am to make your experieance enjoyable. You will be able to get in to FJ two to three times before the crowds get to big. You will be able to enjoy the stores and everything potter land has to offer. If you go during the day when everyone else is there it will be like the crowd at the end of a NFL game leaving at once.

We went to Islands on one of our days around noon not planning to go to Potter and was amazed at how long people will wait in the heat. We saw people being directed to the left past Super hero land to get to Potter. The line was past Jurassic park to get in. 2 hours just to get in to Potter land then another 2 hours plus for FJ (heat index over 100). Then about 1 in the afternoon they anounced over a loud speaker that people should come back after 3.

It is a great place, the shops could be larger and they should restrict how many people are in there. It should be less crowded after school starts.

Wow, I've been reading the "Potter Crowd Thread" and nobody has ever really experienced crowds like that lately. What day did you go on? Weekend?

We went to IOA on Sunday 7/25...it was crowded but we were able to do everything easily. I don't remember any barriers outside WWOHP but OMG Thursday 7/29 was extremely crowded. They had the barriers ready early at both entrances. We went back late Thursday and it was still extremely crowded. We were so glad we had finished shopping on Sunday.
