This year we are looking forward to our "November to Remember!!" -- we are celebrating my 40th birthday (24th) and Thanksgiving with a bunch of extended family at BCV -- we are then moving over to BLT on the 28th for a week and everyone else is heading home!

We currently have a 1BR at BLT but decided, a bit late, that we would really prefer a 2BR so that is what we are waitlisted for -- fingers crossed!

If it doesn't come through, no biggie, the kids can sleep in the family room and with the 2nd bathroom we wil be fine. Just really like having a door to shut while they are sleeping (kids and DH!!) and then have a spot for me, the night owl, to read, watch tv, etc.

So I see there are a couple of us that would like to get BWV or BCV

I currently have a Kidani Savannah View stay and are waitllisted 11/22-11/26 for the BWV and BLT (more rooms possibly available). I would love it to come through so we can experience two resorts. But it looks like I need LOTS of pixie dust for that to happen! So here I go to check the website...again...today. I'm checking it about 3-4 times a day! I guess I'm an optimist

Please tell me that some of us will get our WL's.

I had 7 nights at BLT (2 bedroom, lake view) that I had to shift due to flight costs. So, now I have 3 nights at SSR (which I have a BLT waitlist for) and the next 5 nights at BLT.

Do you think I should waitlist the first 3 BLT nights one by one? For example, keep the 3 night waitlist, but also add just night 3 as a second waitlist option. Then, if this came through, add just night 2, then just night 1?

I currently have 11/20-11/27 @BLT for 1br lv and am waitlisted for sv- I check almost every day, but I think I only have a slim chance due to the few sv rooms available @ BLT

We are currently booked at BCV 11-23 to 12-3 we are WL for Kindani and Jambo both savannah view for 11-23--11-26 for a nice split stay. We'll see what shakes out.

Wow, I can't believe that there hasen't been any movement, this seems to be a pipe dream.

Only waitlisted for BCV studio for Nov 4. We are going to hopefully add that first nite to our ressie. We dropped the last Saturday an one bedroom at AKL K.

I am with you guys in spirit. I have 75 points in holding due to the snow storm this past Christmas. So I am hoping to add anything for Nov 3rd through Nov 6th. When I get to my 60 day window. We already have BLT LV 1bdrm Oct 30th- Nov 3rd. So I am waiting without even being on a list.

Our WL would be nice if it happens but not really concerned if it doesn't. We're in a
BW studio from Nov.10th to the 17th, the first 2 days in standard and the last 5 with
a BW view. Hopefully the 2 day BW view will eliminate a room change. We like this
time of year because we catch the tail end of the F&W fest. and also the beginning
of the xmas party and the decorations.

Thanks triciari for the info. I will be happy at any resort just as long as something is available. I hate points in holding but I couldn't exactly leave in the middle of a snowstorm. As it was we left a day late and 495/the DC capital beltway in VA had only 1 lane open.

I haven't checked the member site in a couple of weeks - just checked tonight and our waitlist request came through!!!!! 1 bdrm savannah view at Kidani!!!!!!!!!

Is it EVER possible to get a grand villa if you are waitlisting? We're scheduled for Nov. 8-15, and we're waitlisted for Nov. 5-12, also. Neither reservation is a grand villa, but that's really what we'd like. There's some good airfare available now, but have to decide soon! Does it ever happen?

Just wondering if any more waitlists for November have come through. We are still waitlisted for a BW view but don't see that coming through. We are just happy our last night came through!!

Hi- need some WL support and pixie dust here. WL for 11/24 and 11/25 @ OKW studio. We have 11/26 and 11/27 set, so just trying to add-on. First time Ive spent Thanksgiving in Florida since my parents had a second home there. Very first time for DH and our 3 sons. Dad passed this year, so I think Id much rather be in a WDW for the holiday.

Add us to the WL list! We just decided yesterday after seeing the revised school calendar for the kids to do a Thanksgiving trip. Figured I would just have to take whatever resort I could get.
Our dates are 11/20 through 11/26. As of right now, I was only guaranteed the 20th through the 23rd in a studio at Saratoga Springs (not our fav., but beggars can't be choosers). Then I waitlisted the 23rd through the 26th in a 1BR at OKW, as well as WL the entire time in a 1BR at OKW. We stayed there in May and really liked it, so although it's not our first choice, I figured that just based on the size of it we may stand a better chance than say BLT or the BW or even VWL which we were kind of hoping to try. At this point, I just want to be there no matter where we stay!

A couple of weeks ago our Nov 12 -15 waitlist came through for BWV studio boardwalk view. We added a day for the 16th last week and could only get a standard view but the next day the waitlist came through for the boardwalk view. I was suprised I was able to get a BWV studio on the last week of the Food & Wine Festival.
