November trip

My husband, myself and our four kids are coming down on November 2 - 9th. How will the weather and crowds be?????

You should be safe on both counts.
Kids are still in school, so the parks should be pretty manageable, and the weather should be fantastic. Probably in the 70's during the day. You may also be lucky enough to see the beginnings of the Christmas decorations going up.
Oct. and Nov. are my favorite months to visit.

The crowds will be horrendous and the weather is horrible! If I were you, I would go a different time!


JK....as you can see, we will also be there! The crowds shouldn't be too bad, but that is "Jersey Week" and our whole state will be down there! The weather should be perfect, if it's like the last couple years....highs in the high 80's and SUNNY! Have a great time!

We will be there at that time, too. The Food & Wine Festival will be going on at Epcot, and MGM is having Super Soap weekend that weekend, but it shouldn't affect crowds too much. I was told to avoid Epcot on the weekend because Food&Wine is very popular with the locals, and MGM will be really crowded on Sat and Sun because of all the Soap fans. Probably try to hit the MK those days. Other than that, Jersey Week shouldn't make that much of an impact. About 80% of the posts I've read say "no problem" when it comes to line waits and crowds for Jersey Week. Hope this helps!

This is when we go and it's for a reason. IMHO... It's the best time to go... PERIOD!!!

Super Soap Weekend is November 13th and 14th this year so you should be safe. Food & Wine Festival will still be going on. You will be there during Jersey Week. We were there last year and found the crowds not too bad. We usually go during the spring so for us it seemed like no one was there! The longest lines we saw were 20 minutes. We really loved going this time of year. We will be there again this year but a little later than you from November 6th through November 13th! Have a great time!

You will be fine. My dh and I went at the beginning of November and we were okay. We didn't run into big crowds and the weather was perfect.

We went Thanksgiving week a while ago. We were able to wear shorts durign the day. In the evening some put on jackets. I was fine with a long sleeve T. Crowds were great. We were walking in EPCOT and passed a place where you could Mickey. No one was there. Mickey practically pulled us in.

Don't forget to vote or get your absentee ballot.

It might start getting a bit crowded over the weekend of the 6th and 7th because of the Veteran's Day crowd, but it is a very nice time to go. We went to MGM during Super Soap weekend the year before last and walked onto every ride. The park was crowded with the Soap fans, but the rides were not at all crowded.
