I booked a trip today nov 9th- 17th. We wil be staying at all star music. I have a few questions, I upgraded to plus dining and as I'm searching there are very few if any character dinings available. Do they open up as it gets closer? The food court is closed at all star music during the time we are there. I'm nervous that this will be an issue. Trying to save a little money by staying in a value resort and doing free dining but not sure it's worth it. Possibly thinking of switching it to Dec 12-20th . From what I've read the nov dates I picked are low crowd dates. But Epcot won't be decorated and not sure about Hollywood and AK . I really want to be there for the holiday decorations and it's my moms first vacation. Any insight? Thanks

I think that the closed food court will be difficult especially if you are on the dining plan, They will set up a kind of snack station in the arcade, and I believe there are coffee machines and bottled drinks, I'm not sure if they are setting up a soda fountain or not. But the End Zone in Sports is going to be busy, and that's a problem for me too as I am in AS Sports in September. Personally I would't want to be at AS Music while it is being renovated as I'm way too lazy to get a bus to another resort to fill up my mug.

Cheers Larry.

We have a trip booked dec 14 to the 20 th and also on dining plan, sux they redoing food court while we are there good news they will run buses to movies and sports so that's what we will do days we not at parks....

Would it be possible for you to switch resorts, to either All Star Movies or Pop Century?

I love going to the World in November. The crowds seem low and it's not to hot. But given your situation, I would either change resorts or wait and go in Dec. I like having the food court availabe at the resort. So for me, this would be an issue.

We are also going in nov and the CM on the ohone suggested AOA bc of the construction. Was there any availability there?
