November Special Events?

Can anyone tell me what special events are going on at Disney in November? We are going the week after Thanksgiving, but I have inlaws that are going earlier in Nov. I seem to remember that there is something (Like Pop Warner is in Dec) going on in November. Thanks for the help.

Well, the Food and Wine Festival ends on November 13. But Christmas decorations will be up, and the Osborne Lights show will be underway:

The weekend after Thanksgiving is when the do the Taping of the X-mas parade at the MK. Other than that there is nothing else going on that weekend. I know we tried to plan an event with Disney but didn't pan out.

Also Mousefest is Nov 30-Dec 8

Good Grief!! Taping the Christmas Parade?? I know I DONT want to get in the middle of that. Is there somewhere to check and see when that will be for sure? Like, what date and time it will be? Thanks for the heads up! :thewave:

They tape the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday following Thanksgiving. Thurs and Friday are just the segment filming. Saturday they do the filming with Regis and Kelly. Saturday is a all day affair but the only place that is congested is main street other than that the park is not crowded at all. And is actually one of the best times to go.
