November SL or New York.

For 4 nights 5 days €100 difference , between SL & NY which would u pick a 8 year old & 15 year old?

I've never stayed in either, but the NY always attracted me when I was a teen (and still does now!).

But my brother (12 now, 5 on our first trip I think) prefers the Cheyenne and Santa fe (we let him pick out of the brochure), I know they weren't your options, but just think your 8 year old might prefer either of those.

Because you're going in the winter I would say SL because it's very cosy for the colder months. Also the rooms have been refurbished

Last November we stayed in the SL but this November we are staying at HNY. The difference was £100 for 2 nights last year and I decided I'd rather save the money & eat at Inventions! With the great 2 nights free offer we've gone for HNY this year. Both hotels are great IMO but you get hot breakfast items at HNY which is a bonus and the rooms are that bit bigger. Our DD loves all of the hotels!!

Personally prefer the HNY nicer hotel in my opinion, I also like the hot breakfast and have always found character meetings easier and less crowded in HNY

I have stayed at both and my choice would be New York

Closer, hot breakfast items,

Sequoia lodge is lovely and I love it for the beautiful cosy fire but I wouldnt go there now with DD it was lovely when it was just me and DH
