Does anyone know the hours of the Festival of the Masters. Do they open when the West Side Stuff usually opens around 11 ish and when do the booths close???

Also, are the booths for the Food and Wine Festival open til the park closes after Illuminations. We went this year in the afternoon, and I don't remember if they were still open later at night when we went or not.
