OK, I am getting a bit impatient! The hours are up for MGM, Epcot and Typhonn Lagoon. Blizzard Beach is closed for refurbishment. :( But still no hours for AK or MK. Must have something to do with the word KINGDOM. Who knows?

I am only waiting for MK hours...so of course this is the one that will take the longest.

12:10PM EST 9/4/03

The hours for MK in Novemeber are posted, but the only event listed is the Make a Dream Come True Parade daily at 3PM. No fireworks are posted yet. MK Is open until 11pm on Thanksgiving night! WOOHOO

We're anxiously awaiting hours too!

This is the first trip for my sister and her family who will be travelling with us and I would like to make touring plans and PS. I guess we'll just use historical hours and hope for a bonus with extended hours. ;)

It always happens this way. MK hours are what everyone hinges plans on. Who wouldn't want to be there in the dark? It's awesome!

Why release only some of the hours? It's just makes people more impatient.

Hopefully we'll have the complete deal soon.

Thank-you for the heads up! I had not checked for the hours yet. Looks like the hours are gonna be pretty short, I hope the crowd level matches the hours!:)

I'm not too stressed over this. They always post short hours to begin with- along with very few Spectros, etc. I'm willling to bet they will change and get better as Nov. approaches!

I just checked the WDW website and they do have Magic Kingdom's hours posted but still no Animal Kingdom times yet.

For MGM, there are no "events and activities" posted. How do you know which night Fantasmic will be on? It's not every night, is it?

Thanks!

nicolep91-For the past 2 years that I've been, Fantasmic has been every night at park close.

Ok-I'm looking and I see that on a 11/24 MK is open until 10 pm :Pinkbounc -woo hoo! My next question is do you think this is because they are expecting large crowds of people? I thought I was going to miss the crowds-I purposely planned to miss the Soap Opera weekend, Jersey Week, and Veteran's day. I figured 11/15-11/25 would be after those crowds and would only catch the first part of the Thanksgiving folks coming in. Does that seem like a good plan to anyone else?

I'm not nervous about the hours or lack of parades just yet. They don't have any scheduled on T-giving and MK is open until 11pm. So it looks like we have to wait a little while longer to get all plans fianalized.

With the hours now out is shows how close we are all getting untill our WDW Trips!!!! WOO HOO!:bounce: :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :bounce:

SnowWhite33, you picked a GREAT time to go!! You will notice a BIG difference in crowd levels on 11/22 Saturday! The 15th-21st should be a great time! Last year the weather was 60-75 everyday and hardly any rain (only 1 day rainy)! The Christmas decorations will be going up at that time, but the "park music" will still be playing, not Christmas music! I feel it's one of the best times to go!

I'm not too worried no about fireworks listed (YET)! Maybe they are still organizing, or maybe they don't want to list "WISHES" yet!!!!!!!!! I do hope the Spectromagic Parade is still going on! The only bad thing about going in the down time is you usually only have 1 MK firework/parade per week.

They have already added Fantasmic! to MGM- every night it looks like. They have it at different times depending on closeing time. That may be the hold-up on MK parades too!

When is Jersey Week and Soap Opera week? Probably the same time I am going Oct 31-Nov8 right???hhehehe

I am also going to be checking back for the Wishes fire works. I clicked on a random date in late October, after WISHES is scheduled to debut and it is still listed as FITS. I hope all of us November people are not disapointed!

Cheeringmom-I believe that the Soaps weekend is the first weekend of Nov and Jersey week is the first week-and then comes Veterans day on the 11th.

If I'm not right I'm sure someone will have the right dates ;)

Told ya they would fall during my stay!! Just hope Jersey week isn't too crowded. Anyone know??

Hi

I was there for both the soap weekend and Jersey week last year and it wasn't that bad...Just alittle crowded in the beginning of the week but by middle it was nice and hardly any lines..The weekend of the soap fest. at MGM is a good time for getting on rides there cause everybody's there for the stars and there's no lines for the rides... So enjoy

I am from Jersey and am going from 10/30 - 11/7. Our schools are closed the whole week of 11/3-11/7 with 11/6 and 11/7 as the NJ Teachers Convention days. Unfortunately it looks like we may have crowds, I have never had a problem getting ps for chef mickeys and they are all sold out!! Looks like we will be doing breakfast instead!

I just realized that they posted the Novemer hours and was disappointed that we would miss spectro magic, but after reading this post, well.... could there really be hope they may have it after all?!?!!?

Val in NJ

if it is that crowded, I'm sure they will add Spectro etc. Lets keep our fingers crossed!

I was there for jersey week for the last two years and will be there again this year 11-2-11/09. Teachers convention is actually 11/6-11/9 so many people do not head down until 11/6 and may stay through Veterans Day. veterans day has been crowded.
i wouldn't worry much about jersey week. It may be more crowded than other November weeks but still one of the best times to visit WDW.Last year with use of fast pass I did not have to wait for longer than 20 minutes for anything.

I figured 11/15-11/25 would be after those crowds and would only catch the first part of the Thanksgiving folks coming in. Does that seem like a good plan to anyone else? [/B]

This is when we are going too! I did this as well because I heard crowds will be low. The last time we went was over Easter of 2002 and couldn't get on anything, the kids were disappointed, so this time we wanted to be able to get on things with less crowds (I'm hoping at least!!):D
