I went last November for the first time and there a lot of things not going on at the time. I changed my trip from end of September to second week of November. I know there will be the after hours party, decorations, and gingerbread houses. What else makes the Christmas season better this year than last year? I want to make sure to see it all!

Unfortunately some things might not be there by then and still not sure if some things are being brought back this year at all. The deluxe resorts go by lottery so there is no guarantee the GF with the gingerbread house will be up when you go. A few others have a gingerbread stand nothing like the gingerbread house there and all sorts of decorations like a chocolate carousel at BC I believe is where it was. The train at YC I think it was. The lobby of WL is amazing! The tree at AKL is pretty cool too. We really enjoy the trees at Disney Springs. We have gone for some Thanksgiving weeks over the years and some of them were still not decorated the Monday or Tuesday before but were by the holiday. If they do have the storytellers that is either right before Thanksgiving or on Black Friday and CP at Epcot did not start until usually Black Friday. If you want to experience all of the holiday stuff I would either wait until 2022 or if you must go this year change to end of November or beginning of December.

Thanks for all the information! I work in retail so she said that it has to be the first two weeks of November if I am going to go. I only work weekends so that is the only reason I get to go those weeks in November :)
