Me and my family are going to Disney and Universal in November. I just wanted to know if you guys thought I should buy the fast pass thing for Universal if we are going at the end of November. Its a low day at least to what Touring plans says. I just dont want to spend the whole time in line. My mother and I are doing one day at both parks and one day at just at Islands of Adventures. The day that Im really concerned about getting the fast pass is the two park day.

Also any tips on what to do first at each park?

Best cheap places to eat?

Any hidden places or things at Universal or anything you want to tell me.

This will be our first time at Disney and we want to get the most out of our visit.

Oh and for Disney. We will be there the day after Thanksgiving, I know that it is one of the busiest days and I wanted to know if it was worth it to try and go to a park that day or just go to the beach or something else for that day.

Thanks

As for the Express pass, standard advice on here is to not buy it in advance. It is non-refundable, date-specific, and park-specific. If your plans change, you are out the money. You can buy it in the park once you see the lines for yourself and then decide if it's worth it. The only downside is that the price may increase between now and then.

Assuming you are there at or slightly before park open, do WWoHP first at IoA and Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit at the Studios.

I was at Magic Kingdom at Disney on Thanksgiving Day this past year. It is very busy, but if you are there before park open you can still get a lot done in the first couple of hours.

I don't have any advice on your other questions.
