November Fireworks from the Cali Grill

I would like to secure an ADR at the California Grill when my 180 day window opens up. We will arrive on Sat. Nov 1st and depart on Tue. Nov 4th. So we could go Sat, Sun, or Mon night. Does anyone know what time the fireworks at typically that time of year and what time should I try to get my ADR for to see them at the restaurant?

Fireworks from the grill are unbelieveable,you can go out on the walk and watch them also. The food and the service is just great,you'll love it. We'll be there the 1st week in May for my 60th and I can't wait have a great time
