November Exercise Challenge

I need to catch up on my posting.

Put me down for 30 min over the weekend, 30 min personal trainer plus 30 minutes cardio and 35 minutes of aquafit so far.

Total= 125/1000
 
Today, biking and calisthenics: 90 minutes

Tent Camping Mom 225/1400
 

30 minutes done today thats 205/1500

WOW how quick the minutes add up:goodvibes

I exercised an additional 135 minutes ~ my new November total is 180/1200 :cool1:

I am trying to set some goals-realistic ones-so since it is already Nov. 7 and I have lost week, I will set my goal at 600 min.
I am not sure what the color codes mean thought?:confused3

You can absolutely join in!!! The color codes are for percentages completed (see post #1 for explanation). Its just a neat way to see how much you and everyone else has accomplished!!!
 
Did 65 minutes today - It's easier to do alittle more when I didn't work overnight the day before;)

Now 270/1500


It's great to see everyone being so committed - that is one of the reasons I exercise everyday - I feel inspired by all of you!:goodvibes

I added another 119 minutes the last few days, so now I'm 364/700-over half way there! Whew-trying to get ready for my big break from exercising over Thanksgiving.
 
And we keep on moving - Did 60 minutes today

Now 330/1500
